Where can I find a driver download for the Toshiba MK 1234 GAX?

The driver supplied for my APEX external hard drive worked perfectly ONCE. When I tried to re-load it into my updated computer, nothing happened. I do not seem to be able to find a site in English where I can obtain a driver download. Any suggestions?
